Terms and Conditions

JMC Exotic Detail – Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the policies and procedures of JMC Exotic Detail ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling a service, you ("Client") agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

JMC Exotic Detail offers professional mobile detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and Exterior Detailing
  • Mobile Washing
  • Ceramic Coatings
  • Paint Correction
  • Car Collection Consultations

Services are performed on-site at your location throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • Services exceeding $1,000 require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are refundable if cancellations or reschedules meet the policy outlined below.
  • We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, and Venmo.
  • If a deposit was taken, the remaining balance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit or a rescheduling fee.
  • In cases of abnormal weather conditions (e.g., below-freezing temperatures or heavy rain), we may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons.

4. Access and Service Conditions

  • The vehicle must be in a safe, legal, and accessible area for service.
  • If vehicle access takes longer than 30 minutes, a time-based surcharge may apply, or the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will address the issue promptly.

6. Liability & Insurance

JMC Exotic Detail is fully insured. Any accidental damage caused directly by our team is covered under our policy.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, or issues caused by previous work.
We will not be responsible for installation of children’s car seats.
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, JMC Exotic Detail is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, fragile or loose trim, or improperly installed components.

7. Client Property

Clients must remove all valuables and personal items before service.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if:

  • The vehicle is in unsafe or hazardous condition
  • The location is inaccessible or not suitable for mobile service
  • Access or delays interfere with scheduling

9. Modifications

JMC Exotic Detail may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and apply to all future bookings.

10. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a service with JMC Exotic Detail, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
